Cartula Health India has been working with universities, hospitals, and NGO’s to transform healthcare accessibility throughout India by providing affordable medical services to the most remote rural areas. Ranging from foothills of the Himalayas down to the South of India, we bridge the gap between doctors and patients with our telemedicine app. Conducting door to door campaigns by 30 healthcare workers and 15 volunteers, we have successfully provided over 2000 free teleconsultations to the disadvantaged and underprivileged; including those who are transport risks, require specialised healthcare, and the blind. Our Solution is available to all in India and we have just started taking bookings for home-based COVID tests.
Our second initiative is our free pregnancy and childbirth tracking app, ‘Cartula Janani’, which is focused on reducing the high maternal mortality rates in India. The app has received an overwhelmingly positive response from individuals, villages and NGO’s and currently has over 38,000 users within a very short period of time. Campaigns to spread awareness and educate expectant mothers have been conducted in more than 2000 villages across the country. The Indian states that have been reached include Delhi (NCR), Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Uttarakhand, Orissa, Bihar, Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra, and Karnataka.
